Even if you set it to use your face for security it forgets and requires you to enter your password which you may have forgotten.

These games always win big if you're not spending money but as soon as you bet money is straight downhill nothing,notta, zero wins.

Just updated to the new version, hoping the bug they fixed would be the facial recognition. It wasn’t. It still gives you the option to turn it on, but it never actually turns it on.

It seems like you don’t win very often. It glitches hopefully with the update it won’t be as problematic.

I like this app ! However, please fix it to check all favorite numbers you want to play at one time instead of checking one at a time. It would be so much easier

Have you heard of testing? You test your app before you roll to production so you know you’re not causing your users frustration and disappointment. Apparently these app developers don’t understand that because 5.7.4 only freezes and never downloads. Good luck with that!

I love playing the lottery online but note the app isn’t taking my debit card’s payment it’s very irritating

I have and use several state lottery apps, and the Georgia app is the only app where the camera cannot read the bar code. What’s up with that? Fortunately, I can scan my tickets and scratchers with another state’s app.

You won’t win here much and the game selection is so bad there are far better legal ways to gamble in Georgia

Latest updates are horrible and make playing multiple games too difficult.

Spent 500$ in one night 5 dollar spins on DIGI games. Didn’t win anything. Just go to the real casino valley river is less than 2 hours away or Weteumpka. App is a joke..

App stealing deposits with new update. I deposited 100 bucks never arrived into my account but, was posted to my bank. I’m not sure what’s going on but ga lottery needs to get it together.

It updated. Said my password was wrong. Reset password. Said it has to be different. Changed it. Said I need a new reset link. Rinse wash repeat. I must have won because now I can never get back in.

App Doesn’t show the payouts for Cash 3 or Cash 4 but My comment keeps getting ignored by the app Developer and they still haven’t updated this feature

Almost every time I open the app, I have to create a new password, facial recognition isn’t working - it’s frustrating.

Every tine there’s an update for this app, I have to reset the password. I uunderstand that updates don’t happen often but it is truly annoying having to reset my password every tine. Hopefully there is a fix for this.

Update removed the option to paste passwords into password field. This is incredibly important for those of us who use long, complicated, randomly generated passwords.

Fix the ticket scanner please!! I see several complaints but obviously it’s not benign taken seriously. One day it just stop working right. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I love the lottery! I have won sooooo much money and I’m thankful. However, when I purchase tickets via the app, the process is tedious when I want to play the same number multiple times for the same draw. For instance, if I want to play 123 on today’s Cash3 drawing 5 times, I have to go through the motions 5 times. It doesn’t have an option to put how many times you want to play it. Or if you have several different numbers for a particular drawing you have to go through all the steps for each set of numbers. Can’t we make a list of all the numbers we want to play instead of doing them one at a time? 🤷🏽‍♀️😀👍🏽

Updating the app is nice but please stop unenrolling Face ID and making me have to login again every time. Keep my login preferences!

The reason I give 3 stars is because I’ve won a few “big” wins off this app, nothing life changing. Biggest win was 4k off a digi game for reference. But let’s say you put $100 in. And you play 10 $10 tickets, I’ve had times where I didn’t win anything, 10 games in a row. Even the $5 digi games, let’s say you win $90 off a $5 game. It won’t let you win anything else until you lose that $90 and maybe put some more in. It just seems like sometimes you have to spend over $500 to even win $200. It’s ridiculous. No wins for 20 $5 diggi games in a row. That’s not right.

Seems like the camera is now having a very tough time reading the codes, both on scratchers and paper tickets. Takes forever to read, if it reads them at all.

Like everyone in the reviews I tried the app with high expectations and noticed either the app freezes, says no funds were added even though I linked my bank and manually added $20, or sometimes it gives a lot of error messages after selecting quick picks and trying to submit. With this many issues and so many complaints from people I wonder if this app is really linked to the real lottery. Someone needs to investigate!!!

100% believe this gaming app is rigged. If you win big it kicks you out of the app, and you conveniently lose the money you have won. Someone needs to investigate GA lottery. This seems real sus. Don’t use this app.

First they took the ability to buy tickets without downloading their app. Now they force you to use it to buy tickets but even that doesn’t work. My IPhone’s proxy is disabled & my location services stays ON & it still doesn’t work. Called them for help & they didn’t know what to do.

It’s a shame that I can’t give zero stars, so it gets a one. This app continues to redefine awful. I have only used it to scan tickets and enter Second Chance promotions. Always a struggle. I would never consider using my money thru this app. Using this app is like shooting pool with a rope.

This app is designed to steal your money you’ll never make back what you put in it. You might win a little here and there but I guarantee they’ll take more than what they let you win!

The digi games work when they want! I have a favorite and haven’t been able to get into ANY of the digi games for the past few days.

Chock full of 50 cent wins and near misses. Better off going to Cherokee, at least there you won’t get taxed for anything less than $1200
